As we have had support from MCSI at the workshops conducted so far, we need the involvement of all those interested in developing a „Good Practice Guide for installing FO cables through micro tubes”.
After the seminar held in May 2017 on this topic in Slatina, when we inaugurated the first polygon / laboratory with micro-pipes in Romania, through the works carried out, more experience was gained in the country regarding the installation of FO cables by micro-pipes and there we found many types of problems.
At this workshop, we set out to install a FO cable with 2 different machines, through 2 different micro tubes. We shared impressions, experiences and we intended to find solutions together to improve and streamline the activity of blowing FO cables through micro tubes in the coming years in Romania, especially since this activity is estimated to be significantly increasing.
At the same time, we set out to discuss the problems encountered, as well as the solutions regarding the infrastructure of micro-pipe networks, both in Bucharest (NETCITY) and in Cluj (CFO Integrator / RCS), Timișoara or Constanța.
